Planning Committee
The work of the Planning Committee
Planning Committee deals with all development control matters including minerals, listed buildings and conservation areas, architectural, landscape and tree preservation issues which are covered by planning legislation.
What to expect when you attend a Planning Committee meeting
All reports and agendas are published one week before the relevant Committee date.
Planning applications that have been decided by officers under 'delegated powers'
The detailed plans relating to applications can be viewed with the Planning Search tool
