Fees and times

Our fees, times and leader/student ratios are as follows:

Primary key stage 1

  • All KS1 programmes take place at Losehill Hall and run from 10.30am to 2.30pm with a break for lunch.
  • All KS1 programmes are £7.50 per child. The minimum group size is 15.  VAT is not charged on visits.
  • There is one free teacher/accompanying adult place per 15 children. Beyond that a charge per head will be made.
  • Our leader to child ratio is normally 1:15. If your group has particular special needs you may require a higher ratio.

Primary key stage 2

Duration Approx 1 hour 3 hours morning or afternoon 5 1/2 hours
usually from 10:30am to 4:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break
Approx 1 1/2 hours
Charge / head £60 single payment + any travel expenses incurred £6.50 £10.00 £3.75

  • Organisation of transport during the day is the school's responsibility
  • Our leader to child ratio is normally 1:20. If your group has particular special needs you may require a higher ratio. Please contact us to discuss the options.

Secondary

usually from 10:30am to 4:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break
11 hours from 9.30am until 8.30pm with a break for lunch and evening meal. Only available to residential visits

Minimum charge (15 students) As above £97.50 £150.00 £240.00
